This Privacy Policy covers how ITUniversum LLC along with all subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns thereof (referred to hereinafter collectively as “eNetOffice,” “we,” "our," and/or "us”) collects and receives your personal information. We only use information provided to us to run and improve our services. To use eNetOffice’s services, you must accept the conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy lays out what information we collect, the steps we take to protect and secure it, how it is used and shared, and how you can contact us with questions. It also sets forth what access you may have to correct any inaccuracies in the information we have collected.

Information Gathered.

Personal Information. eNetOffice collects contact information when you register with us, use eNetOffice products or services or post content on a eNetOffice website or blog. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, mailing address, web address, telephone number, email address, username, and any information you post on your site. Your password is stored securely using a salted, variable work factor, one-way hash function.

Billing Information. We collect and keep financial information when you register for services. When you register, you must provide a credit card number and billing address. We will not sell, share, or rent or in any other way hand over any financial information collected from you except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or as necessary to fulfill an order for our Services.

Cookies. Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by eNetOffice to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

  • eNetOffice may use or share your personal information where it is necessary to complete a transaction, to operate or improve the eNetOffice services, or to do something that you have asked us to do. We use other third parties such as a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for promotional purposes.
  • You may opt out of emails you receive from eNetOffice or any of our partners for promotions, sweepstakes, contests, or newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails.
  • We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name.
  • eNetOffice may share personal information about you under the following circumstances:

Updates to the Policy.

eNetOffice may revise, modify, or update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant or material changes by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified in your eNetOffice account or by placing a prominent notice on our site prior to the change becoming effective.


We work to protect the security of your financial information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") software, which encrypts your information. Keep in mind however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If eNetOffice learns of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using eNetOffice or providing personal information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of those sites, products, and services. We may post a notice on our applicable website if a security breach occurs. We may also send an e-mail to you at the address you have provided to us in these circumstances. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.


As laid forth in the Terms of Service, individuals under the age of 13 are prohibited from creating or using accounts through eNetOffice.
